What profession do you admire most and why?

I believe we can find value in all professions, especially public service. The profession I particularly admire is firefighters. As a former ER nurse, I’ve had the privilege of knowing many of them. They are a family and community within themselves with generations of families serving in the fire department. They are a special breed of human beings; humble and brave. They risk their lives to save ours. Every.Single.Day. They are heroes. Thank you to all firefighters.
